This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your orders — for both corporate subscriptions and eCommerce customers on www.chaiolic.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. About Our Deliveries
We operate two delivery channels:
🔸 Corporate & Subscription Deliveries (B2B)
For offices in Sector V, Salt Lake, New Town, and nearby business hubs:
Daily deliveries of chai, coffee, snacks, and meals for corporate subscribers.
Weekly or monthly supply of tea & coffee premixes and vending machine refills.
Managed directly by our in-house Chaiolic logistics team for freshness, hygiene, and timely service.
✅ Delivery is completely FREE for all Food, Beverage, and Premix Subscriptions within Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
🔸 E-Commerce Deliveries (B2C)
For individual customers shopping online for tea, coffee, and premix packs through www.chaiolic.com:
Orders are dispatched from our Kolkata warehouse via trusted courier partners across India.
All products are sealed in moisture-proof, food-grade pouches to ensure maximum freshness.
📦 2. Order Processing Time
All prepaid orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday – Sunday).
Subscription deliveries follow their set schedules.
During festive seasons or new product launches, processing may take up to 48 hours.
You’ll receive an email / WhatsApp confirmation once your order is ready.

💰 4. Shipping Charges
🟢 Free Shipping on all prepaid e-commerce / online orders above ₹499.
🔸 For Online Ecommerce orders below ₹499/- , a flat delivery fee of ₹99 will apply.
🏢 Corporate & Subscription Deliveries:
✅ Free delivery for all Food, Beverage, and Premix Subscriptions within Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
For other nearby areas, minimal delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
🧾 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:
A tracking link via email / WhatsApp.
Courier partner name and tracking ID for live updates.

🛡️ 6. Packaging & Hygiene Standards
We follow strict hygiene and safety standards:
Tea, coffee, and premix packs are sealed in food-grade pouches.
Fresh meals & beverages are packed in tamper-evident, eco-friendly containers.
All packaging complies with FSSAI and food safety guidelines.
🚫 7. No Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
To maintain speed, security, and contact-free service, Chaiolic does not offer COD.
All orders must be paid online using secure payment gateways (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or wallets).
Corporate clients are billed on prepaid or invoiced subscription terms.
📍 8. Corporate Subscription Deliveries
Deliveries operate 7 days a week, 9 AM – 9 PM, 365 days a year.
Missed deliveries due to office holidays can be rescheduled at no cost.
Free delivery applies throughout Sector V, Salt Lake.
🌍 9. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we deliver within India only.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
