Our Story
At Chaiolic, we believe every great workday begins with a perfect cup of chai. Founded in 2020 by Purnangshu Bose, Supti Bose, and two friends from corporate backgrounds, Chaiolic was created to solve a simple but real problem :- the lack of hygienic, tasty, and affordable chai options for corporate executives in Kolkata. What began as a 90 sq. ft. kiosk in Sector V, Salt Lake, serving hot Adrak Chai and snacks to nearby professionals, soon grew into a movement — blending traditional Indian chai culture with modern corporate efficiency.
In 2021, Chaiolic introduced Kolkata’s first-ever Edible Chocolate Cup Chai & Coffee, an eco-friendly, indulgent innovation that perfectly represents our brand’s spirit of creativity, sustainability, and delight.
As the brand evolved, Purnangshu returned to the corporate world, while Supti lead Chaiolic full-time, managing operations with a 100 % female team.
Under her leadership, Chaiolic has become a proud example of women-led entrepreneurship in Kolkata, known for efficiency, hygiene, and heartfelt service.
