- Ecommerce sales of packaged tea, coffee, and related products

By visiting our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
🛒 3. Products and Services
We offer two categories of services:
(a). Corporate / Subscription Services
Daily or monthly Food & Beverage Subscriptions for offices in Sector V, Salt Lake, and nearby corporate zones.
Tea & Coffee vending machine setup, maintenance, and premix supply.
Custom packages based on company size, employee count, and beverage preference.
(b) Ecommerce (Retail)
Sale of Tea, Chai, Coffee, and Premix Packs for home and office consumption.
Online orders accepted through www.chaiolic.com and delivered pan-India.
Each product description, image, and price is accurate to the best of our knowledge, though slight variations may occur.
💳 4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on www.chaiolic.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to revise product prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are 100% prepaid — Chaiolic does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Secure payment options include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Corporate clients may receive invoice-based billing under pre-approved agreements.
🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India, with a focus on Kolkata, Sector V, and Salt Lake.
Ecommerce Orders above ₹499 are eligible for Free Shipping; orders below ₹499 incur a ₹99 courier fee.
For corporate subscriptions within Sector V, Salt Lake, delivery is completely free.

🔁 6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items are delivered.
In case of damaged, incorrect, or expired products, customers may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Corporate subscriptions are non-refundable but may be paused or rescheduled upon mutual agreement.

🧾 7. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions for tea, coffee, food, and beverages are available on daily, weekly, or monthly cycles.
Clients are billed in advance based on selected plans.
Delivery schedules may be modified by notifying Chaiolic at least 24 hours in advance.
Free tasting samples are available prior to final subscription approval.
Chaiolic reserves the right to discontinue service to any location due to logistical or operational reasons.
🛡️ 8. Quality & Hygiene Assurance
Chaiolic follows strict FSSAI-certified standards for food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
All our products are prepared and handled by trained staff in a 100% hygienic, women-led facility based in Kolkata.
🚫 9. Cancellation Policy
For E-Commerce Orders:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them if they have not yet been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For Corporate Subscriptions:
- Subscription plans can be cancelled or modified with 7 days’ written notice.
- Prepaid subscription amounts are non-refundable but can be adjusted in future billing cycles.

All content on www.chaiolic.com, including logos, text, images, packaging designs, and videos, are the intellectual property of Chaiolic.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
📵 11. Limitation of Liability
Chaiolic is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors beyond our control.
- Customer negligence in handling or storing perishable items.
- Third-party website interactions (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, or payment gateways).

All personal data collected through our website, WhatsApp, or forms is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorised parties.
